The Easy-to Install Proprietary Caps Cover Board Ends to Improve Aesthetics

DuraLife™, a leading manufacturer of durable composite decking and railing, announced today the launch of its line of color-matched deck board end caps.  The new easy-to-install caps are designed to perfectly fit and cover the boards of the company’s proprietary Siesta, MVP, and Starter decking profiles. The caps enhance the appearance of the deck perimeter and provide a more cost-effective solution for deck builders to the traditional “picture framing” installation method.

“A picture framed deck looks great, especially when using our starter profile deck boards,” noted Jim Poulin, National Sales Manager of Duralife. “But for those contractors or DIYers who don’t want to spend the extra time and money required to add joists and supports for a custom picture-frame design, our color-matched end caps are a cost-effective option that really improves the appearance of any deck.”

Through the company’s Your Choice Program, DuraLife currently offers consumers durable composite decking in three profiles and in eight colors with various finishes. These colors include: Golden Teak, Garapa Grey, Brazilian Cherry, Tropical Walnut, Pebble, Coastal Grey, Mahogany and Slate. Poulin continued, “The colors in our Your Choice Program are the colors consumers ask for most, and they can be found in all of our decking profiles, which means even the most cost-conscience consumer can now get the deck and matching ends caps in the color they want at the price that fits their budget.”

The DuraLife Color-Matched Decking End Cap Line is sold in packs of twenty caps and through local DuraLife retailers.
